BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Thank you for your interest in Glenroe Farm as a possible venue for your child’s birthday party. Below are the options we offer, party rates and some special notes to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. We look forward to hearing from you if you have any questions or would like to make a booking.
Our parties last for 2 hours. You need a minimum of 10 children for a party booking. We allow 1 adult free with every 5 children. Additional adults are charged for at a reduced admissions rate. We have two catered options:-


We provide:
  1. Guided farm tour of the farm animals and Pet’s Corner.
  2. Playtime in the outdoor Playground.
  3. Seated table space in the Indoor Picnic area for your group.
  4. Birthday Food.
You provide:
  1. Birthday Cake and candles.
  2. Party bags or any special treats at your discretion.

OPTION 1 (Catered) €14.00 per child

Party Box containing:

1 x Ribena Juice Carton or similar

1 x Popcorn

1 x Chocolate Treat i.e. Taz, Chomp or similar

Special Notes:
  1. Reservations are required for all birthday parties.
  2. Deposit of € 50 to secure your party booking paid in advance.
  3. The farm tour lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour and takes place upon arrival. We ask that groups arrive promptly.
  4. Parents or other adults from your group are required to be part of the tour.
  5. Exclusivity of the Picnic Shed is not offered and cannot be guaranteed for your party.
  6. There is a charge for each child joining the party – going or tour and having food irrespective of age.
  7. Drop-offs and collections from Indoor Picnic Area.
  8. One adult is allowed free with every 5 children (2 adults with every 10 children) there is an admission charge for additional adults – this is at a reduced rate of € 5 per additional adult attending the party.
